Blogger Biggest Loser...Week 2

I am so excited about last week!!!  I accomplished a lot of things.
1.  NO sweet TEA
2. NO chocolate or sweets
3. Drank lots of water
4. Tried to stick to portion control via weight watchers

Weigh In: 168.2
LOST:  -2.6 pounds

I'm happy with that!!!!  Looking forward to this week ;)

Biggest Loser...Week 1

Biggest Loser.....  Web Edition...TheJavaMama

I am so excited to have found this group..   I am up for the challenge and watching pounds come off.

Here are my beginning stats:

Height: 5'2" 
Weigh In: 170.8
Goal Weight: 140 (May take longer than this challenge....but I will do it!)

Let's get this started.....Looking forward to logging in with less weight next week!
